Nursery - Preschool Department
Nursery is provided for infants through 3 years old during the worship services. Our well equipped nurseries provide a safe environment and are staffed by dedicated, caring volunteers. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of these facilities, allowing them the opportunity to participate in the worship service. It is the desire of the preschool ministry to minister to the needs of our families by providing loving, compassionate, and Christian care to all of our preschool age children. It is our ministry goal to fulfill our role in helping raise our children in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord."
Sunday School
This program is designed for children, birth through grade 6. Caring leaders place special emphasis on helping the children develop positive peer relationships and to discover and apply biblical truth.
Mission Groups
Mission Friends - for boys and girls age 2 to kindergarten
Girls in Action - for girls grades 1 - 6
Royal Ambassadors - for boys grades 1 - 6
Age level groups learn about the state, home and foreign missionaries and the work they do. Classes also participate in hands-on mission projects.
Vacation Bible School
For ages 4 through 8th grade. Each summer, we have a week of Vacation Bible School, using the current Lifeway Materials. VBS time is usually 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Kids will have an exciting worship rally designed just for them; along with grade-level classes for Bible Study and crafts. A time is also planned for refreshments and recreation.
